'Candy game'

The prosecutor continued: "Recently" his stepchild had worries about what was going on, justifiably.
"They chose" to have a look in the individual's items."
Mrs Prior KC said items including infant oil, ointment and medical needles were located, and his family member alerted the authorities about his worries.
She explained the defendant proceeded to engage in the "candy game" with six boys that night - that Saturday - and they were all sick the following morning.
"The police had not responded by that time," she stated further.
The regulatory agency, the Independent Office for Police Conduct, had stated that it was examining law enforcement's management of the situation.
Mrs Prior explained the minors were having difficulty walking due to being ill, so the stepson contacted the police a second time.
